{01} — Who I Am

I'm a Creative Project Manager based in Spain, with a background in Mass Communications and a mind wired for systems. I’ve spent the last 5+ years managing remote teams, launching SaaS and creative projects, and bridging the gap between strategy and execution.

Outside of work, I explore storytelling through photography, video, and writing. I capture everyday moments on camera, edit short-form documentaries for fun, and write El Club de los Planes Que Nunca Hicimos — a weekly newsletter on life, memory, and the things we almost did. It currently reaches over 230 readers with an open rate above 50%, and has quietly become my favorite experiment in creative consistency.

Whether I’m mapping out a sprint or framing a shot, my work is about making meaning from the mess — turning scattered ideas into thoughtful execution.

{02} — What I Do

Whether it’s delivering a product roadmap, shipping motion design campaigns, or optimizing team workflows, I bring calm to the chaos — making sure things get done on time, on budget, and aligned with the bigger picture.

{03} — A Bit of Background

→ Co-founded Siks Studio, a motion design partner for tech brands

→ Delivered 10+ high-stakes projects for SaaS teams and digital agencies

→ Once managed a 7-figure budget for a four-day global event

→ Nerd out over Notion, Figma, and fixing broken processes

{06} — FAQ

Got Questions?

Got Questions?

01/

What kind of projects do you usually work on?

I typically manage creative and digital projects for SaaS and tech companies — from product launches and brand campaigns to motion design production and content strategy. I also take on operational roles where I streamline workflows, lead cross-functional teams, and improve delivery speed.

02/

Do you work independently or with a team?

Both. I’m comfortable embedding into existing teams or leading remote collaborators. Through Siks Studio, I also partner with motion designers, editors, and strategists to scale creative output when needed.

03/

What tools do you use to manage projects?

Notion is my go-to for documentation and planning. I also use ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Figma, Google Workspace, and whatever stack the client already works with. My priority is always clarity, speed, and alignment — not overcomplication.

04/

Can I hire you just for project management (without design or content)?

Absolutely. I often work as a fractional PM or delivery lead, especially for startups that need structure but don’t want rigid processes. If you’re shipping fast and juggling competing priorities, I can help you stay focused and deliver without burnout.

05/

Are you open to full-time roles or long-term collaborations?

Yes — I’m open to freelance, contract, or full-time roles with teams working on interesting problems. If you're building something with heart (and a roadmap), I'd love to hear from you.
